Tori Hilbert is the assistant director of the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit. In this role, Tori provides administrative leadership, oversight for operations and staff, and manages the growth and development of the Nudge Unit team and project portfolio.
Before joining the team, Tori worked as a project manager on numerous weight loss and physical activity studies for the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics (CHIBE) at the University of Pennsylvania. She also worked as a registered dietitian for a school district where she helped to implement the National School Lunch Program, led menu development, and assisted with various school wellness campaigns.
Tori holds her master’s degree in public health from the University of Pennsylvania and dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and animal sciences from Cornell University.
