DeAuj'Zhane Coley is a clinical research coordinator at the Penn Medicine Nudge Unit. She supports the Nudge Unit's HIV research portfolio, including projects related to implementing a behavioral intervention for medication adherence and care retention in clinics in Philadelphia serving people with HIV and the Center for AIDS Research funded Implementation Science in Philadelphia to End the HIV Epidemic Regionally (iSPHERE) Scientific Working Group (SWG).

DeAuj'Zhane obtained her bachelor's degree in human performance, human health, and leisure studies with a minor in chemistry from Howard University in 2021 and is planning to pursue a medical degree. Her research and clinical interests are around women's health issues and mitigating racial health disparities.
